2. Services & Scope
We provide a "LaunchPad" package which includes the design, build, and launch of a single-page website.
- Hosting: The first year of hosting is provided free of charge.
- Renewal: After 12 months, a renewal fee of £25.00/year applies to keep your site online and secure.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payment is required to commence work. We offer a 31-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the initial design draft presented to you, you may request a full refund within 31 days of your initial payment.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full copyright of all content (text, images) you provide to us. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the website design for your business. We reserve the right to display the finished website in our portfolio.
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for any temporary service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our hosting services.
